BV CREATIVE MEDIA RENTAL POLICIES

• Rates – All rates quoted are based on a one-day event. Weekend rentals are also considered a one-day rental, provided the items are used for a single event only. Additional charges will apply for multi-day events. Rental fees are based on the time items are out, not the duration of use, and are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort will be made to make equipment available the day before the event. All items must be returned on the first business day following the event.

• Reservations – All customers must provide a valid credit card on file or complete payment through the QuickBooks link. By submitting payment, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in our policy form and confirms that all contract details are accurate, including fees, equipment, event location, dates, and delivery and pickup times. 

The credit card on file will be used as a security measure for all rentals.

Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date: 100% fee

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery date: 50% fee

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the delivery date: 30% fee

• Payment – We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. 

Payments made by check must be received at least 7 days prior to the event date.
